If you haven't gotten your flu shot yet, here is an option with a bit of savings to it!

Here is a $5 mail-in rebate offered by Lysol. Simply mail in the completed the rebate form along with the original dated receipt showing payment for the flu shot. Keep in mind that this rebate is ONLY valid for flu shots received from 11/7-11/30!
