Music Together Classes: Are you looking for a fun yet educational activity for you and your child?

Have you heard of Fox & Branch?  If you haven't you and your family are really missing out on some excellent family friendly music!


Not only do they entertain they also teach!  There is an internationally recognized program called Music Together which is a program for children 0-5 years of age.  In these mixed age classes your child and yourself will be learning basic skills in music including melodic and rhythmic senses, straight beat and keeping a beat, the classes are based on play so you and your child will be having a lot fun while learning together!  Everyone will learn at their own pace-don't worry if you are not musical yourself-the class is a full learning experience.  The classes are really about musical involvement and you will be receiving a book and CD to continue your musical education at home!

If you have ever had the opportunity to see Fox and Branch perform you know how much music really means to them, they are both very charismatic and you can see the joy they receive when they are entertaining a group of children.  I have also had the pleasure of seeing Fox and Branch perform-let me tell you that it is AWESOME-keep checking back we may have a few more things to share about Fox and Branch soon!

Indian Summer Festival THIS WEEKEND!

This weekend-September 10th, 11th and 12th, go to the Lake Front and enjoy the Indian Summer Festival!
