I was so excited when this arrived-I couldn't wait to use the
Ice Melt-just had to wait for some snow-sorry if I wished on the cold weather too. :( We do worry about our pup and his paws in the winter-we use salt/ice melt on the driveway and walkway between shoveling and plowing and he has to walk out there and then come back in. Not only does he bring in stuff from outside but our shoes and boots track in the gunk from outside. We have 2 cats as well that then walk through the stuff we track in. Of course you can't keep your four legged friends from licking their paws but you don't want to have to worry about then getting sick from chemicals either!

I received a 8 pound container and it spreads easily and I like that it is blue because I can easily see where I have already spread it!
I highly suggest checking for it at your local store! Not only is it great Ice Melt but you can worry a little less about your pets eating it!
