Lets compile a list together of great stores/shops to sign up for the cards...

Please let us know what the card gets you, if there is a fee to sign up , how you earn rewards, who can get a card and any other information you can think of. Thank you for your help!
Speedway Gas Stations: Free to sign up, just ask the clerk. There are various rewards, you can redeem points for gift cards to a variety of stores and restaurants, as well as free items in the store itself.
JoAnn Fabric and Craft Stores: Teachers only, joining is free but you will need your school ID. You will get a percentage off your qualified purchases even if they are not for school.
Fixx Coffee House: Anyone can get a card for free. Buy 9 cups and get the 10th free!
OfficeMax: There is a teacher and business card. When you purchase items you earn money to spend in store. Free to sign up.
Best Buy: Free to sign up. When you use your card you earn points which earn you a basically a gift card to spend in store or online.
Milwaukee Cupcake Company: Free to get a card, for each cupcake you purchase you get a stamp and will be able to redeem for free cupcakes.
Pick N Save: Free to sign up. You will get in store specials.
Panera: Free to sign up. When you purchase items you earn free items like a free bagel or soda.
Hostess Outlet Stores: Free to get a card. For every $1.00 you spend you get a stamp and then get a $1.00 off when the card is full.
Papa Murphy's Pizza: Free to get card, when it is full you get a free item-varies by store.
Learning Shop: Teachers need to bring in their school ID, free to sign up. You will get two cards-one for $ off and one for % off.
