RAIN: A Tribute to The Beatles at the Milwaukee Theatre Review

We were lucky enough to enjoy RAIN:  A Tribute to the Beatles last night.  Let me start off by saying, as soon as I walked in, I was taken aback by the music and video playing.  We were running a little late, and I was more than impressed by the helpful ushers at the Milwaukee Theatre!  They were so helpful and so courteous, it made all my edginess melt away.
The ambiance at the Theatre was amazing.  The acoustics were spot on and the music was outstanding.  If I had closed my eyes, I would swear I was at an actual Beatles concert...minus all the screaming and crying fans!  At one point, I even questioned myself...were they actually singing of was this all recorded, I wondered.  I think one of my favorite parts of the show was the video playing on the screens showing actual, historically signifigant videos of the eras as the show progressed.  So impressed with the costumes that depicted the styles of the time.  From the many costume changes to the hair changes as the show went on...amazing!  Everything was so well done.  I would highly recommend this show for the young and the old alike.  It will give you goosebumps and think of the "good ole days." To have everyone standing up (regardless of age and gender), dancing, and singing along like complete teenagers...now that takes some timeless talent!  I have to admit, I'm a little younger than the average showgoer, but I will say that this is a show I would pay for my five year old to see and I know he would enjoy it!  A hit...a smash...a must see for any Beatles fan!
