"Today (March 8th), the Greater Milwaukee Foundation is hosting its first annual Match Day. Match Day is an online giving campaign that runs from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. All online donations will be matched by the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, so it’s a tremendous opportunity for people to donate and make a huge impact. Hunger Task Force is going to use all donations to support our Farm and Fish Hatchery, a unique urban Farm in Franklin that produces over 300,000 pounds of fruits and vegetables each year for Milwaukee’s hungry. For many who struggle with hunger in Milwaukee, the Farm is their only source of fresh produce!"
