Red Gold Canned Tomatoes - Pasta Skillet

Betsy and I had the opportunity to try out several varieties of Red Gold Canned Tomatoes.  There are many different flavor options to choose from, which allow you to create any number of potential meals.

We had a 14.5oz can of Red Gold Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano.

So I decided to make my famous pasta skillet, well it's famous in my house anyway.  It's a meal I like to make because it is pretty versatile, and if you drink milk with it you cover all your food groups.  It includes meat, pasta, and veggies.  This time I used some beef kielbasa, mushrooms, green pepper, onion, wheat pasta, and of course the Red Gold Canned Tomatoes.

Start out by making your pasta of choice, cutting up whatever veggies and meat you are using, and draining your can of Red Gold Tomatoes.  I heated some oil in the pan and started cooking the veggies.

Once they are slightly softened, I add the meat to the pan.

Once the meat is heated I add the Red Gold Tomatoes to the pan.

After everything is heated, I add the cooked pasta to the pan, and mix everything up.

Then you just serve it on a plate and enjoy.

The flavor combinations are always great when I make this, especially the Basil, Garlic, and Oregano that's in the Red Gold Tomatoes.  I make this when I am looking for something quick and flavorful.

Jason Mraz and Sarah Chalke Guest Star on New Episode of Nickelodeo​n's "The Fresh Beat Band" TODAY

The Fresh Beat Band are off to see The Wizard, played by music superstar Jason Mraz, in the brand-new hour-long special The Fresh Beat Band, “The Wizard of Song,” premiering Friday, Jan. 27, at 1:00 p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon.  In the episode, Marina gets swept up into a windstorm and lands in Oz where she meets Glinda The Good Witch played bySarah Chalke (Scrubs), befriends a Scarecrow (Twist), a Tin Woods-Woman (Kiki), and a Lion (Shout).  They set off on a journey to find the Wizard of Song (Jason Mraz) so he can help Marina get back home.
