Design your first day of school or picture day outfit!

I can't believe I am thinking this way already, maybe I am just looking forward to the fun things I am planning for the next school year, have you decided what your child is going to wear on the first day of school or for school picture day?  Wouldn't it be special if they are wearing something they helped design?

So Niecey is quickly approaching her 2nd Birthday. :(  She is certainly becoming her own person and with that she displays her mood and her likes and dislikes.  I sometimes have a hard time keeping her hydrated when she is with me because she does not always want water but her parents also don't want her drinking juice all the time so they add water to the juice, I know you might already do this but here is my twist...

I noticed that the Gerber juice has a short shelf life once it is open which is fine but I can't always find the small bottle 4 packs of bottles so I am stuck getting the bigger bottle.  So what I do now is I freeze the juice in a ice cube tray and then add a cube or two to Niecey's cup depending on the size.  She will usually have water for a while during the day but then at some point she will not drink it anymore and keep saying "ju, ju" when I try to get her to drink.  This is certainly saving money because I am not wasting part of a bottle  and it is making her happy. :)  I think she also likes that it is cools and cools her down.

As you can see Niecey likes helping out with the gardening.  :)  We planted tomatoes, peppers, a sweet mint and a Stevia (a natural sweetner) plant.  GardenTech® Worry Free® Insecticides are available in concentrate, dust, hose-accessible (ready-to-spray) and ready-to-use formulations. I chose the dust because I liked the idea of being able to see where I was applying the insecticide.

If you like yogurt you should check out Schwan's Home Delivery Thaw & Serve yogurt!

Do you like yogurt?  Do you use Schwan’s Home Delivery?  Schwan's will deliver groceries to your home in case you are not familiar with their services.  I tried the Thaw and Serve Creamy Yogurt, you put it in your freezer and then goes to your fridge when you are ready to eat so it thaws.  I m a strawberry yogurt fan so I was pretty excited, the strawberry has little chunks of strawberries in it.  Both yogurts (strawberry and vanilla) had a smooth texture and were a great yogurt consistency, the strawberry needed to be stirred as there was the fruit so I wanted it dispersed throughout.  The vanilla was just the vanilla, no stirring needed.  I did enjoy the vanilla as well, it was creamy and refreshing, I just prefer the strawberry. :)  I think the Schwan's Thaw & Serve Creamy Yogurt is certainly unique because of the thaw and serve component.  If you have yogurt in the morning like I do sometimes you will just need to pop on in the fridge the night before or wait a while and have it at lunch, it thaws in about 2 hours.
