Hello Better from US Cellular...

 It’s no secret that people are frustrated with their wireless experience, but people tolerate less because they don’t believe there is a better option. You deserve better!
Have you had frusterating moments with your mobile phone service?  We all probably have, right?  WE we have had two cell phone providers since Mr. Betsy and I have been married.  We started with one company and then because we found a better deal after our contract with that company we switched.  We did have an issue with the company that we were leaving.  Mr. Betsy physically went into a store and said that we were going to be changing providoers at the end of our contract because of the better deal, he wanted to know if there was anything we needed to do or sign.  The costumer service person said that since we were at the end of the contract that there was nothing we had to do.  So come a month later and we get a bill for our old phone service.  Obviosl;y we didn't want to pay it since we were told that we were done with the contract.  So Mr. Betsy got on the phone to figure everything out.  The costumer service person said that we did not notify them that we were canceling so we had to pay the bill.  We did pay, unfortunately because we did not want that to reflect badly on our credit report.

US Cellular conducted a survey and here are the results...

• A study conducted by U.S. Cellular indicates that 43 percent of individuals are in the 'seven year itch' phase with their wireless provider, noting they are comfortable but suspect they are missing out on something better.

• Out of the 1,208 participants polled across four regions of the country, 56 percent of the respondents admitted to being unhappy with their carrier over the past year but only 35 percent of all respondents have ever broken up with their provider.

• In spite of this overall dissatisfaction, respondents are hesitant to call it quits. More than one-third of respondents say they stick with their current provider because they believe all carriers are the same, it is too much trouble to switch carriers, or they don’t want to sign a new contract.
