I am a huge fan of the Just Dance games. We all love them in my house. It's great to see the kids choose to play this game instead of some of the other games that leave them sedentary. I was able to get a copy of
Just Dance 4 for review and it's grown to be a favorite in this house! When they play this game it's a lot of exercise. I have played it with them and am a big fan of the newly improved Just Sweat feature! It tracks your calories and monitors your dance moves and how you are doing while choosing the next song. In the Just Sweat mode you can choose different time intervals...it even gives you a warm up and a cool down! In the Just Sweat mode you can also choose from different themes which randomly pick out the song for you. I like to do the Just Sweat during the kids naps while the older kids are at school. It's a great way for me to have fun and get my exercise in during the day...I have grown to look forward to it! I also love that it has a calorie counter. Now, whether or not it's accurate, I'm not sure, but I do like to keep the calories burned in mind as an overall idea of how much exercise I am getting. My hearts racing at the end, so I know it's a good thing!
The Just Dance option has a ton of great songs that are current and a few classics. My kids love to dance to One Direction and Maroon 5. It's a favorite choice around here. I love catching them doing it...and have even joined them in the fun as second player. We get to choose the person we will be on the screen and it's just a lot of fun! I recommend this and the other
Just Dance selections! This is a favorite for us all...it's brought out at parties and all the kids leave with smiles on their faces (the parents do, too, as their children are wiped out from a good exercise!)
