We have our youngest nephew this weekend and he saw that I had a BINGO game, he wanted to play it last night but we said he needed to wait until today since it was close to bed time last night. We had a ton of fun playing today so I thought I would pass along the set I have. I like that there is a tray that you put the balls on so they stay in lace and can keep track of what was called easily. Every year we play BINGO for prizes with my family at my uncles house when we go there for a holiday gathering. It is a fun tradition. I am planning on playing BINGO for my next board game Friday at work, I think we will have popcorn and little prizes. If you are planning a little party BINGO is a great game for the whole family and friends! It would be a great way to celebrate a birthday!

My house is full of colds and coughs! So, it is inevitable that I will have to buy some cold and cough medicines at some point. Mr. Betsy ran a 5k with his sister in DePere on February 10th, 2013.

There was a hotel deal combined with the race so we headed there after work Friday night and made plans to stay for Saturday. The hotel deal was for the Kress Inn. It was a nice hotel it is close to a few restaurants so since we did not stop for dinner we checked in and headed out for dinner. I needed to do a few things so we picked up a pizza from Gallagher's Pizza. It was really good! We also got a couple appetizers. My favorite was the cheese curds.

So Saturday morning rolled around and Mr. Betsy and his sister did their run and came back to shower and we all headed to breakfast at The Pancake Place we wanted to go there because we saw it featured on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. I had the French Toast, Mr. Betsy had a pancake and the Garbage Plate and my sister in law had the Eggs Benedict. We were all stuffed and happy after our breakfast.

We then headed to the Packer Hall of Fame and the Packer Pro Shop. Mr. Betsy was in heaven, he is one of the biggest Packer fans I know. We watched the movie that is there as you walk in and then walked around and read about the Packers.

We wanted to try a frozen yogurt place some kiddos at work told me about so we headed to Smart Cow Frozen Yogurt, it was tasty, I like that they donate a portion of their proceeds to local schools.

My favorite part of our day was checking out the NEW (North Eastern Wisconsin) Zoo. WOW! It was so neat! most of the zoo is outside, of course but there are little play areas all over the place for kiddos. There are also a lot of places to sit and rest. It was a very cold day but we walked through the whole thing. An equivalent would be walking from the front of the Milwaukee zoo to about the Small Mammal Building.

They even have peacocks that walk around just like our zoo! There are some different animals and areas though, I liked the large turtles, the aquarium area, (it was outside!), the aviary area...THEY HAVE AN EAGLE, the cougar and really the whole zoo. My favorite part was feeding the giraffes! My picture isn't too good, those giraffes were hungry and snatched those crackers. :)
