Have you seen or used the Schick Hydro Silk razor? I was excited to be able to try one out, I had seen them in the store but just hadn't picked one up so I was excited for this opportunity.

There are two major things I like about the Schick Hydro Silk razor, one is the 5 curving sensing blades, they don't miss a hair! The other is the water activated moisturising serum, this is especially nice because if you don't have shave gel you can still shave! You can still use shave gel or cream but you don't need to. With winter here I will admit I don't shave as much, I know this is true for a number of women so I don't feel too bad. :)

Let me just say that my legs were in a bit of rough shape not only are they pale but I don't think I have shaved for about a week and a half. The Schick Hydro Silk razor with it contoured handle really worked on my legs without a lot of effort. The hair shaved off nicely and it was a nice treat on my skin.

We are all busy, busy people and I know that there is never a good time to get sick. I am an avid hand washer and credit that to keeping me healthy throughout the year. I do get colds but I am not willing to let anything get me down. When you work with kiddos or have a family of your own there also isn't a chance to just "call in". Those kids depend on you! I have to admit that I try to fight it out as long as I can but sometimes I need help. I received a bottle of NyQuil and a box of DayQuil to "sample" and tell you what I think.

First of all DayQuil and NyQuil are the over the counter medicines that we have always trusted. The only time we get another brand is when we are desperate and the store we stop at is out of them. So I am really excited to tell you about products that we already know and trust.

I am more of a capsule fan and Mr. Betsy is a liquid fan, I think this is weird but I am sure there are many fans out there like this. I appreciate the capsules because they are easy to carry around, and convenient, since the directions are 2 LiquiCaps every 4 hours you will probably need that second dose when you are at work. I also like that the LiquiCaps tend to have a longer shelf life. Mr. Betsy likes that it is quicker to drink the liquid form, he feels that it works faster for him. We both like that the liquid form is not thick, you can see from the picture above that although it is green it is still "see through". It is easy to swallow and goes down easily and quickly to coat your throat and warm it at the same time. You don't get that with the LiquiCaps but if you are not a fan of tasting any kind of medicine then you will not taste anything with them.
