Just Between Friends (JBF) has announced their fall community children’s and maternity consignment sale in the metro area, Milwaukee County, Sept. 18-24, at the Wisconsin Exposition Center at State Fair Park.
JBF sales offer gently used and new children’s clothing in sizes 0 to 18, maternity clothes in sizes XS to plus, shoes in sizes infant to 7, as well as toys, board and electronic games, DVDs, and books. All clothing items and shoes are inspected before the event for current fashion, stains, and tears. Items will be organized like a children’s store, where everything is divided by gender and size. Each event offers new and different items.
The JBF Milwaukee County sale will be open to the public Sun., Sept. 18, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Mon., Sept. 19 to Wed., Sept. 21, from10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Thurs., Sept. 22, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Fri., Sept. 23, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Sat., Sept. 24, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission on the first day is $3; on all other days, admission is free. On Thursday, selected items will be 25% off and on Friday andSaturday, selected items will be 50% off.
“From back-to-school to Halloween costumes to winter gear, we have everything families need this time of year,” said Melissa Monsoor, organizer of the Milwaukee County sale. “It’s a great opportunity to get nice items at a discount. We have maternity clothing and kids’ fashions, plus name brands like Gymboree, Fisher Price, Little Tikes, and more.”

Consignors use an exclusive, free barcode tagging system to tag items, track daily sales, and manage an accurate, itemized list of any unsold, fashionable, and desirable items that are then donated on behalf of JBF and the consignors to organizations, including the Salvation Army, for area families in need.
