do you need jcp credit card for this? whatever I do, it says the promotion cannot be applied. any idea why? i tried Feb 14, 2010
Hi John,
I just tried it on an item that is $11.99 and the $10 came off in the Order Summary, showing my subtotal as $1.99. This is before the payment options so it does not ask for a JCP Credit Card. Maybe it'll work if you try it again?
