2 cans Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes Mexican Fiesta or Green Chilies
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Cup of chopped red onion
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lemon juice
pepper/salt to taste
Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to blend the flavors.
