Please keep in mind that all of the items require a mail-in rebate and will come in the form of a Menards Merchandise Credit Check.
Menards keeps their rebate forms by the customer service area at the front of their stores by the check outs. Menards also prints out rebate receipts which are separate from your main receipt so you should be able to use the 3M and Post It rebate form if you purchase the Post Its!
