Hallmark Recordable Storybooks Review

We were very lucky to each receive a Hallmark Recordable Storybook to review.  I received The Night Before Christmas and Ann received Frosty the Snowman.

We both thought having our parents read the books for their grandchildren would be an excellent idea! (Great minds think a like!)  As you may know Ann has 4 fun kiddos and my sister is expecting in December.  This is the perfect gift for a grandchild!  Ann's parents and my parents took turns reading each page.  Both sets of grandparents were excited to read the book-although they were both a little worried about messing up.  Once they got the hang of it the whole recording went great!

We suggest reading the story aloud a few times without recording just so you know where the inflection needs to some in and where you need to be quieter or louder depending on the book.

Ann and I helped our parents through the process, it really is very user friendly and is a gift that your child and family will be able to use over and over and will always cherish.

Hallmark Recordable Storybooks really are easy and fun to use-Press the button and read aloud to record, save it and give it!  You can rerecord if you don't like how it sounds.  When you have perfected the recording flip the switch to lock!  If locked you can still change the battery without loosing the recording!!!  That is huge!  We HIGHLY suggest picking one up! :)  You can choose from Frosty the Snowman, The Night Before Christmas or The Very First Christmas.
