- Start in an upright position, with the feet shoulder-width apart.
- Pretend that you are holding a jump rope in your hands elbows stay in at the side
- Begin by jumping, pushing off on the toes and swinging your arms in a circular motion, as if there was a jump rope in your hands.
- Repeat for a number of repetitions or a timed period.
Easy Exercise Tip:
- Put items in the far back of the cupboard so that you have to reach for them, giving you a good stretch. I like to put my canned goods as far back in the cupboards as possible so that when I am prepping for dinner, I am always stretching to get at the canned goods. It's a great way to keep those muscles loose!
