Exercise Day Twenty Five:  Grapevine
  • 1. Step to the side with the right foot.
  • 2. Bring the left foot slightly behind and past the right foot.
  • 3. Step to the side again with the right foot.
  • 4. Bring the left foot next to the right foot.
  • 5. Continue this back to the left side.
I love this exercise as it is great to do to music.  I love working out with music.  This is also wonderful because you don't need any equipment and it's something you can even do while holding a kiddo.  It's fun and easy and the kids love it!
