We were able to get the Smarcks Smart Blocks to do a review on and let me tell ya...my kids won't stop playing with them! Their other blocks are so "blah" now! They loved the blocks telling them their colors, rhymes, and letters! All of my children, ages 5 to 21 months, got a kick out of listening to the blocks interacting with them...now for my four month old to start putting them in his mouth :) The kids love them because they can build and learn...I love them because they are interactive and educational! I had to laugh as my husband was building with the kids and didn't realize that there were talking blocks. He jumped a bit when the blocks started talking to him and he thought it was pretty cool!
Betsy was able to take them to work to have her school aged children play with them. They really loved them! The younger kids, naturally, enjoyed being able to learn with the blocks, but the older kids loved to build with them...good old fashioned blocks never get old!
