Warmlys Review

I received a really neat item it is called Warmlys.  What it is, is a long filled piece of fabric that is filled with feed corn.
Warmlys can be placed a microwave for 1½ minutes for heat therapy or place in the freezer for cold therapy.  The whole pack is about the length of my arm.  Since it is filled with corn and is a good length it really contours to any area you need to use it, it is perfect for your neck and shoulders. I recently used it when I had a headache I stuck it in the freezer and then put it on my forehead and laid down, the weight was very pleasant on my head and eyes.

My husband went bowling Saturday night with some friends and Sunday morning his neck and shoulders were sore.  I popped the Warmlys in the microwave for the allotted time and his neck and shoulders loosen up, we reheated it a few times and he really liked how the Warmlys stayed in place.

Warmlys comes with an outer sleeve so the inner pack does not get dirty.  The outer sleeve is machine washable and the inner fabric can be spot cleaned if necessary.  If the corn inside gets wet just let it dry out and then put it in the dryer before using.

I like that the warmth and cold stayed for a bit before heating and cooling again.  I also really like that this is an all natural way to try and take care of some aches and pains.
