St. Patrick's Day is Tomorrow: DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!
St. Patrick’s Day is tomorrow already, and it’s not the luck of the Irish that will keep the roads safe – it’s planning ahead for a safe and sober way home.
For many Americans, St. Patrick’s Day has become a popular night out for drinking and celebrating with friends and family. Unfortunately, some of these people might also be driving home from their festivities and therefore, the night out has also become potentially dangerous.
On St. Patrick’s Day 2009, 37 percent of the drivers and motorcyclists involved in fatal crashes had a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .08 or above, according to statistics by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
Remember to:
• Plan ahead and designate a sober driver before you leave for your event.
• Be ready to take alternate transportation such as a bus or taxi. Have the phone number of a taxi service stored in your phone before you leave for the party.
Even if you will not be celebrating this St. Patrick’s Day, keep in mind that in 2009, 1,119 occupants of other vehicles were killed in crashes involving alcohol-impaired drivers, so pay attention to others on the road. And remember, you don’t have to be “falling down drunk” to be too impaired to drive safely. Even a few drinks can impair driving…and a buzzed driving crash has the same consequences as a drunk driving crash.
REMEMBER: BUZZED DRIVING IS DRUNK DRIVING!
Don't rely on dumb luck this St. Patrick's Day. Plan ahead and ask your loved ones to do the same.

Schwan's Home Service - Fresco by Scotto Baked Ziti Review
I was able to review the new Baked Ziti, Fresco by Scotto. This delicious Scotto family recipe is a rich combination of three cheeses (Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan) baked with ziti pasta and a flavorful tomato sauce that is ready in 30 minutes. My twenty two month old kept asking for more and more and more! He was a complete mess afterwards, but it was so yummy that he couldn't help himself. We couldn't help ourselves either. It was a great amount to feed a family of four!
As a side we were able to review the Five Cheese Garlic French Bread, which was DELICOUS! There wasn't a person in this house that didn't want a piece of their own! The MicroSteam Baby Broccoli Florets were great as well! Even my four year old son asked for seconds of this side! For a yummy dessert, we had some of Schwan's Chocolate Ice Cream. Yum...Enough said! Who doesn't like a tasty bowl of chocolate ice cream after a yummy meal?!?
I love Schwan's and their ability to take the planning off the table for crazy busy families like ours! They're reasonably priced and need I say, YUMMY?!?

Are you apart of any other survey services? We would love to know what you think.

Free Family Movie Package $1.95
FREE Family Movie Package, pay only $1.95 shipping and handling. Movies are yours to keep, no obligation. Includes a Family Discussion Guide, Family Activity and Movie Recipe the entire family can enjoy! Click Here
I don't usually watch movies at work but last year we had a little end of the year party and watched a movie as well as had snacks. The kids have been asking if we're going to do it again this year. I'm hoping to do it but the problem is always finding movie that we can all watch and that parents will approve of.
Ann has the the same problem sometimes-while watching movies as a family she sometimes finds out that the movie there watching isn't appropriate for everyone. And her and her husband can't always watch a movie before hand because there isn't always time to pre watch.
Family Values Cinema looks like it's going to take some of the guesswork out of family movie viewing.
While looking at the website it really looks like there is something out there for everyone, there is live action movies, animal movies and animation. The titles look pretty good!
Check it out!

Fun cupcakes for St. Patricks Day...
All I did...
Make a vanilla cupcake recipe (I used a box mix)
Separate made mix into 6 bowls and add food coloring to each bowl-red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. Mix food coloring into the separated batter.
Get your cupcake pans ready and spoon the colors into the liners, until 3/4 full like recipe suggests. Remember the rainbow is ROY G BIV so your purple should go in first if you want it to look like mine.
This is a little tedious but it is so much fun! My kiddos at work were astonished at how neat the cupcakes were! I used chocolate frosting-that is what I like, of course you can get really fancy and decorate them with whatever you would like.
Have fun and enjoy!
Did you know you can freeze cupcakes? Well you can! That is what I did and they were still very moist and yummy.
