Portionpals Review...

 Portionpals is a neat and useful way to portion your meals.  Portionpals helps you determine the correct serving size to enjoy.  In the pack you receive 5 disks: 1 meat, 1 chicken, 1 fish, 1 dessert and 1 bread/starch.  (There is not a fruit or veggie disk-after all fresh veggies are already naturally "packaged" in a one serving portion and both are good for you so it probably won't hurt too much if you eat more!)

The idea of the disks is to place the food you are about to enjoy on them and then use the disk as a cutting board using the middle lines to cut your food to the correct portion-it is very easy.  Not all recipes or pieces of your meal will be eaten so you will end up with leftovers-now you will have lunch for the next day!

I really think these are a great concept.  They really show you a good portion to enjoy.
