Betsy and I had the opportunity to try out a great new product: Lia Marie's Garlic Spreads.

Maybe you have seen the commercials on TV for Lia Marie's Garlic Spreads.  It is a new product that allows you to make your own garlic bread at home.  There are two different flavors, Original and Five Cheese.

They can be found in the dairy section of various grocery stores around Wisconsin.  Check out the Lia Marie's website for a list of stores that carry the Garlic Spreads (LINK).

The other night when we were going to have some lasagna for dinner, we decided to use our Lia Marie's to make homemade garlic bread to go with our lasagna.  It's very easy to do.  Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees.  Then spread the Lia Marie's on your chosen bread to your desired thickness.

Place the bread on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.  They are done when the edges turn light brown.

Then just enjoy them.

The bread turned out crispy and delicious.  The two different flavors are unique but both have a nice garlic bread flavor, with the five cheese version providing that extra layer of flavor from the different cheeses.

Lia Marie's is a great way to make a quick and tasty garlic bread in your own kitchen.  I suggest you give them a try.  Also, watch for further posts that show some other things you can make using Lia Marie's Garlic Spreads.

Thanks for reading.

-Mr. Betsy
