The smash hit, The All New Original Tribute to the Blues Brothers™, will make its debut at the Milwaukee Theatre for one show only on Thursday, March 8 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale now.
Jake and Elwood Blues will be donning their iconic hats, sunglasses and suits to bring to life the duo’s most memorable hits, including “Shake A Tail Feather,” “Think,” “Respect,” “Gimme Some Loving” and the classic “Everybody Needs Somebody To Love!” This brand new reworking of the show is directed by Brad Henshaw; an established name on the international music stage who also stars in the show as Jake.
The memorable songs and characters live on in The Original Tribute to the Blues Brothers™. “Jake and Elwood” continue to entertain audiences throughout the world. Brad Henshaw plays “Jake,” Daniel Fletcher stars as “Elwood” and the duo is backed by a six piece band, along with three soulful and sassy singers, Jocasta Amgill, Victoria Ekanoye and Victoria Goddard, aptly named “The Bluettes.” The Blues Brothers trademark [for entertainment services] is owned by Daniel Aykroyd and Judith Belushi Pisano.
Tickets start at $38, discounts are available and can be purchased online via ticketmaster.com, at the Milwaukee Theatre box office (500 W. Kilbourn Ave. Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.), or by charge at 1-800-745-3000.
