Gorton's provided us with the opportunity to try out some of their line of frozen grilled fillets.
We picked up the Lemon Butter flavor for dinner one night.
There are two individually wrapped fillets in the box. When you remove them you can easily catch a scent of lemon, as well as see the grill lines on the fillets.
Just put them in a shallow baking dish and cook according to the package directions.
As they bake the sauce melts and coats the fillets, making them look like this when they are done.
The butter sauce turns out nice and creamy with a fresh lemon flavor to it. The fillets are tender and flaky, just the way fish should be.
Gorton's Grilled Fillets are a nice dinner option to consider, especially as we approach the Friday night fish dinner season.
