The other day I was watching TV and saw a commercial which I am a little ashamed to admit made me giddy. After seeing that commercial I realized that the stars had aligned for me, the info in that commercial would, with a little effort on my part, allow me to assemble in one place some of my favorite things into the perfect meal.

The commercial was for Burger King, it told me that they were currently having a BOGO sale on the original chicken sandwiches. I really enjoy them, they are my favorite fast food chicken sandwiches, they are always so moist, with good amounts of mayo, crispy lettuce and a sesame seed bun. Of course, no meal would be complete without a side, a beverage, and a dessert, so how did I go about completing my perfect meal?
Well my first stop was Burger King, where I picked up two original chicken sandwiches. I then headed out to get my favorite side dish, Culver's french fries, I like the crinkle cut and they are always warm, because they won't make them until you order them. My next stop was McDonald's, where I got my Shamrock Shake, where that creamy minty goodness is only available now for a limited time. My dessert was already waiting for me at home, those delicious, only available at Easter time, Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs, so yummy, the perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter.
It was so good, I am just glad that everything came together to allow me to get all these things at once.

It's disturbing to know that you would post such a high calorie meal on a website designed for mothers and their children, when you should be helping parents save money and providing tips on how to help kids eat healthier. With statistics being what they are on obese children, I am disgusted by this post. Not to mention the cost of a meal of this caliber. I thought this was a DEAL site!
I understand what you are saying. This was a true treat for my husband. We do not regularly have a meal like this, he was excited to share a few of his favorite things because it just happened that they are all available at the same time. I (Betsy) do not have children and I would not give children a meal like this. However if a family does choose to have a meal at a fast food restaurant that is their choice as well.
