It looks like some get booked pretty fast. The classes are held upstairs so not only will you be learning about the food but you will get a great view of the market below. I knew a child who took a class and loved it so you might want to watch for the children's classes. This would also be a fun night out for you and a friend! While you are there make sure you check out the candy store, there are some tasty treats.
