If you have candy melts and candy canes you are ready to make chocolate covered candy canes!

Use a microwave safe bowl to melt your candy melts 30 seconds at a time, the more you add the longer it will take.  Mix in between intervals.  When melted simply dip your candy canes in the melted chocolate.  You will probably want to refrigerate the candy canes so the chocolate hardens.
When you are ready you can use the candy cane as a stir stick!  I still used a spoon because I just dropped my chocolaty candy cane in my cup. :)  It really adds a pepperminty flavor to your hot cocoa, you could also do this for coffee!!!
