I was excited to be chosen to participate in the HP Ink Challenge. I am given assignments each week to complete and tell you all about the experiences I have with these printers and the assignments given.
The first assignment I was given was to refill an ink cartridge and tell you about my experience.
They sent me ink cartridges that were nearly empty. I just had to get the ink cartridges set up and exhaust the existing ink...well, that didn't take too long! I was able to get a few prints out of them before they were empty.

I had a few errands to run, so I took the ink cartridges right up the street to Cartridge World to get them refilled. They were prompt, very knowledgeable, and courteous. They knew exactly what I needed and didn't offer me anything more than that. At Cartridge World all that they do is switch out your old ink cartridges and give you pre-refilled cartridges.
The ink cartridge worked fine with the printer. This cartridge printed out just as well as the other cartridge. I was shocked at the quality!
Naturally, I prefer a new cartridge with fresh, new ink. But, the refill worked okay. It was a fairly easy process and it would have saved me a ton of money versus buying a brand new ink cartridge.
This is an example of the work that the refilled cartridge printed out! It was just as crisp as the brand new cartridge!
