This weekend is the South Shore Water Frolics starting tonight and running through Sunday!  You will want to check out the Fireworks, 2.5 mile PARADE, Bands, Classic Cars, Art Show, Fish Fry, Games, Food, Drinks & more!

About the Frolics and Bay View Lion's Club

Celebrating its 65th year in 2014, the South Shore Frolics is one of the oldest festivals in Milwaukee. Originally known as the South Shore Water Frolic, it is currently sponsored by the Bay View Lions Club. Proceeds go to providing support and services to the needy in the community and the Wisconsin Lions Camp. At the park you will find kids games, fish fry, bands, an Art Show & Classic Car Show.

Rounding off each night is the festival's signature Atomic Fireworks display put on by Bartolotta Fireworks; and with the crowds' cries of "Blow up the beach!" the evening culminates in a percussive onslaught of shells.

My husband takes the kids to the parade every year and they love it!
