Family Fun: Build a Colorful Igloo at Washington Park this Saturday, 1/10 with Urban Ecology Center

This Saturday, January 10 from 10 AM to 11:30 AM build a colorful igloo at Washington Park with the Urban Ecology Center. You can register online HERE!

Last year we created a beautiful, multicolored igloo just in time for Winterfest (click here for a photo). This year we want everyone to help us build another! We'll learn a bit about the history of igloos and other cold-weather shelters. Then we'll work together to construct an igloo using food coloring and blocks of ice. Make sure you dress in warm, waterproof layers!
