Comfort is a priority for my family - year round! I brought my daughter along. She is a fan of the Birkenstock selection, however, her feet were getting a bit big for the children's selection. She is at that in-between age where she could fit into a children's, but that wouldn't give her much room to grow. They were SO flexible and the woman working with us was so patient! My daughter is NOT easy to please, so I was impressed with the level of patience and kindness she showed to us. In the end, we each walked out with a new pair of shoes...and a sense of gratitude for great customer service! Can't wait to bring my boys in soon to check out the selection!
