Weekly Updates about your Child's Development via BabyCenter

So, I just got an email about my three year old child's development.  I must say that I really enjoy getting these weekly updates regarding each of my children.  It is very educational and I know that my child is in the "norm" and not way off base as I often feel talking to other moms.  LOL!  I go through BabyCenter.com and here is just a sample of the weekly update I get: 

"Your Budding Picasso

It's exciting to see your child's first drawing of a recognizable thing, often a rudimentary person. Your child will also start ascribing meaning to her art (sometimes it's what she intended to draw, sometimes she'll decide what it's about after the fact). "That's you and me." Often, though, the picture isn't meant to be a picture of anything at all. You can encourage her by providing plenty of art materials and not trying to direct her work. "

We can all use some tips from professionals every now and then so we know our kids are right on track!
