Leg Lifts with Chair
- Lay on your right or left side with a chair at your feet
- Rest one of the feet on the chair (if you are laying on your right side, it would be your left leg as it is the one highest up)
- Bring your leg that isn't resting on the chair up midway between floor and bottom of the chair.
- Repeat this 15 times
- Switch sides, repeat
- Do 3 sets of 15 on each side...you will feel a burn, but in a good way :)
Day Four: Easy Exercise Tip:
- Use the stairs to help you workout! Every time I go down to do a load of laundry, I do a quick spurt of stair running. I use the two bottom stairs and challenge myself how fast I can go up and down. The stairs are a great way to get some exercise and tone some of those muscles. Don't underestimate the power of the stairs!
