Exercise Day Twenty Three:  Lunge Jumps

1.Stand in a lunge position, right foot forward
2. Make sure to keep your hands behind your head
3. Jumping up and switch foot position in mid-air, landing in a lunge position, with the left foot forward, keeping the hands behind the head.
4. Repeat 10-15 repetitions, or timed

Easy Exercise Tip:
  • While cleaning, make it a "beat the clock" game.  While you clean, set a timer and see how much you can get done as quickly as possible.  For me, that is great motivation.  I work best under pressure, so I get a lot done in a little time and I feel winded afterwards...sometimes even have a trickle of sweat!
