Kick Start Your New Years: Exercise Day Twenty Six: Butt Kicks

Exercise Day Twenty Six:  Butt Kicks
  1.  Stand with feet straight and shoulder-width apart.
  2.  Squeeze butt muscles.
  3.  Jump up, bringing heels to butt (do not arch back); land softly.
  4.  Repeat, spending little time on ground.
The faster you do these, the more calories you can burn.  However, you don't want to go too fast because it can cause serious injury.
