I really like the Kaboom Scrub Free Toilet Cleaning System.  It is a bit tough to find though.  This cleaning item does not mean you don't have to clean the toilet anymore, but it does help.  This Kaboom product actually hooks up to your toilet tank system and water runs through it.  It is very easy to add to your toilet and does seen to help with the cleaning.  I really like it when I can find it-now I don't have to worry-I can order it!
