I love my reusable mugs from Starbucks but my pup got ahold of one of my straws.  Needless to say it is ruined.  The reusable straws are great and I was very upset mind got ruined-my own fault.  Then my husband said "See if they have replacement straws on the Starbucks website!"  So I did and THEY DO!
