Buitoni Review and Giveaway ENDS 3/10/11 11:59pm CST

I love pasta and so does the rest of my family.  It's filling and makes for a nice, tasty meal!  When I got the opportunity to do a review on Buitoni products, I was thrilled!  A nice big box arrived at my doorstep with a coupon to try out a Buitoni product along with a reusable, insulated tote, and a calendar.  I tried out Buitoni Riserva All Natural Chicken & Four Cheese Ravioli and it was delicious!  These are "generously filled with all natural (no artificial ingredients & only minimally processed) white meat chicken, parmesan, ricotta, fontina & imported Grana Padano cheeses & herbs." They are found in the refrigerated section, but can be frozen until you are ready to use them. They contain no preservatives. As I have said many times before, I am a very busy mama (aren't we all?), so anything that I can make in a snap is a huge winner for me!  This was so easy to make and it was delicious.  I served it with some garlic bread and a salad and...voila!  Easy meal in a snap!  My 21 month old liked it the most as he ate three helpings and wanted more.  It was very satisfying for us all!  It's so nice to have a meal that is quick, tasty, and doesn't take much thought...thank you, Buitoni for offering me that convenience!

Their website is awesome in helping prepare a good meal for your family.  Here is a great recipe I came across on their site for Mediterranean Chicken and Four Cheese Ravioli.

INGREDIENTS:
1 package (9 ounces) BUITONI Riserva Refrigerated All Natural Chicken & Four Cheese Ravioli , prepared according to package directions
1 tablespoon thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon pitted and sliced kalamata olives
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Fresh basil leaves (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
COMBINE prepared pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and oil in large serving bowl; toss gently to coat. Garnish with basil before serving.


Seriously!?!  Doesn't get much easier than that!
