Not sure if you have ever heard of Little Boo Creations, but this site is so darned cute for that little lady in your life!  I did a review of one of these Minnie Tutus a few weeks back.  It's still in excellent shape and my son has recently been seen wearing the ears around the house..mind you, he's almost two and, I am proud to say, the ears are still like new!  VERY durable! 
I love Little Boo Creations and I especially love that each tutu is made just for you.  Each one is made with roughly 75-100 yards of tulle (depending on the size & length).   They are very reasonably priced as well...between $20 and $25...affordable and fun!
