Gorton's Grilled Tilapia - Roasted Garlic & Butter

Gorton's provided us with the opportunity to try out some of their line of frozen grilled fillets.

We picked up a box of the Roasted Garlic & Butter Grilled Tilapia to have for dinner one night.

The box contains two individually wrapped fillets.  Just take them out and put them in a shallow baking dish.

You bake them for a short time and end up with this.

The fillets turn out with a creamy sauce and have a wonderful garlic smell.  We served it with some roasted asparagus and breadsticks.

The tilapia was tender and very creamy and flaky.  The garlic butter sauce coats the fillet nicely, adding good flavor to the fish.

The Gorton's Grilled Tilapia is an easy dinner option to keep in mind as we approach Friday night fish dinner season.  Check them out in your grocers freezer section.

Thanks for reading.
