I received a one load sample of the liquid and the concentrated pack (two loads total).  I liked the ease of the concentrated pack because all I did was put the pack in, with the liquid though you can determine how much you use, if you have a larger load you might want to add a little more or a small load less.  They both have a pleasant scent and really did remove stains that I had already washed a couple of times.
