Santa was good to us this year! I wanted to wish you a heartfelt Merry Christmas today. I am taking the day off from posting and spending time with my family! I am so blessed to have so many family and friends close to share this wonderful holiday season with!
There is nothing like sitting around the Christmas tree, drinking my Mocha Cappuccino and listening to the echos of laughter and squeels of joy as each present is opened. Only to do it again later tonight at my Mother-In-Law's house...then again Saturday with my parents and brothers and sisters!
Christmas is my favorite holiday. Not just for the presents or the looks on each person's face as they open that perfect present, but for the love, laughter, and joy that is felt by everyone as all of the stress and frustrations we have been feeling up to this point melts away. I also am a believer in Jesus Christ and we celebrate His birthday today. My children all took a moment this morning to say a little prayer and wish Him a very happy birthday. Later, as we celebrate as a family, we will sing happy birthday to Him and blow out a candle to honor Him on this day.
