I was recently on Fox 6 Studio A and brought up that Jansport and Lands' End offer Lifetime Warranties on their Backpacks! Did you know that??!?! I have gotten a few messages with questions about it, so I thought I would share in a post with you!
Every year we seem to get a new backpack for each child - this adds up...quickly! I am sick of buying these cheap backpacks that break mid-year and leave us scrambling for a backup! Well...after doing some research, I found out a good reason to shell out almost double what we pay for each kid on a backpack - and it's so worth it!

Yes, I have heard of people taking advantage of this offer - and it DOES work! As long as the defect is not done by your error; example, leaving a knife in your backpack and it tears a hole in it. Why you would do that? I don't know...but, if you do...there IS that.
You will have to fill out a Warranty Repair Form. But, if they can't repair it, they will get you a new back pack! We LOVE our JanSport bags! I still have mine from college!

Hang onto that receipt! Lands' End will guarantee your satisfaction with that backpack and if something goes wrong (the zipper breaks, the strap tears,...) you can return it and get a new one!
