When you’re at Festa, you’re among family. Between the free Carnival, Children’s Stage, Pinocchio Parade and more, there is no shortage of family-friendly activities to explore.

Best of all, children 12 and under are admitted FREE each day when accompanied by an adult!

BOCCE BALL
This popular Italian game is fun for all ages! To learn how to play, check out the Bocce page.

CARNIVAL
Free carnival featuring rides for kids and big kids too! Rides include: Giant Slide, Go-Gator, Rio Grande Train, Merry Go Round, Tilt-a-Whirl, Paratrooper, Round Up and Sky Fighter. Make sure to visit our carnival at the North end of the grounds to pack even more fun into your Festa experience!

PINOCCHIO PARADE
Beginning on the North end of the grounds, Festa Italiana’s enchanting parade will wind its way through the festival Saturday and Sunday evening at 5 p.m. Led by Pinocchio, Geppetto, the Blue Fairy and Topo Gigio, the beloved parade celebrates the music, culture and spirit of Italy – plus many surprises along the way!

LEGO ACTIVITIES TENT
Creativity and imagination are everywhere in the LEGO Activities tent!

KIDS PIZZA MAKING CONTEST

Don’t forget the cheese, please! The popular contest returns Sunday in the Cucina Showcase. Children ages 5-9 and ages 10-17 are welcome to participate. For more details, visit the Kids Pizza Making Contest page.

Festa Italiana Starts July 18

Festa Italiana 2014 kicks-off Friday, July 18, at Henry W. Maier Festival Park on Milwaukee’s lakefront. At Festa, everyone’s Italian!

Enjoy new and exciting Italian entertainment, traditional Italian food, a variety of wines and spirits, Italian heritage and fun attractions for all to enjoy. Benvenuti!

There's a little bit of fun for the whole famiglia at Festa July 18-20!

There are ton of fun activities for the kids:

· Children’s Stage featuring a traveling zoo, magician, juggling extravaganza and more!
· Kids Zone and Splash Zone
· LEGO activities tent
· Bocce Ball
· Gondola Rides
· Pinocchio Parade Saturday and Sunday at 5 PM
· Kids Pizza Making Contest in the Cucina Showcase on Sunday afternoon
· Fireworks every night at 10:30 PM
· Children 12 and under free

I am so very excited to see Tony's Creepy Crawly Zoo will be there EVERY DAY!  I am a HUGE fan of his!  I get a little squeamish, but my kids ADORE him!
