Delicious BBQ Pork and Italian

We had a great opportunity to review some delicious BBQ Pork and Meatballs from Rich's Foods!

The BBQ Pork was pulled pork and was very easy to make.  We unthawed the aluminum tray in the refrigerator overnight and then baked it in the oven.  We served the BBQ Pork on buns for dinner with friends one night.  It was great!  The BBQ Pork was saucy enough without adding additional sauce and had a little kick to it!  It was very good-there were no fat or tough pieces either!  That is a huge bonus for me as I can be very picky when it comes to things like that.

The meatballs were very good on their own.  We popped them in the slow cooker and let them warm up.  We tried them with out any sauce and they were very tasty.  We then had BBQ sauce and marinara sauce on the side for dipping.  Again-this is coming from the picky meat eater- I appreciated that the meatballs were very smooth and did not have any crunchy parts.  Sorry those are just things that bother me so I take notice.

We had some left over meatballs and made meatball subs the next day!  They were awesome!

Both products were easy to make, delicious and very satisfying!
