The judges have made their decision! Jessica Stenz from Waukesha is a finalist in The Roundy’s Foundation’s first ever Recipe Face-Off Facebook Competition.
Fans of the Roundy’s Foundation Facebook page (facebook.com/RoundysFoundation) were invited to submit a recipe using five pre-selected ingredients that are commonly found at food pantries, and Jessica’s recipe for a Quick Summer Nicoise Salad has been selected as one of four finalists.
The decision is now up to the public. Fans of the Roundy’s Foundation Facebook page can vote for their favorite recipe by clicking the circle next to the recipe on Facebook. Voting takes place through Noon on Monday, May 14. If selected as the winner, a food donation will be placed by Roundy’s Foundation to a food pantry of the winner’s choice. Jessica has selected Food Pantry of Waukesha County if she wins.
