Bikram Yoga Milwaukee has just what you need to enjoy your first yoga experience.  They have a state of the art, energy efficient facilities with showers and changing rooms.  They also use 1/3 the amount of natural gas due to  high efficiency boilers and Energy Recovery Ventilators.  This is important as the classroom is filled with fresh warm air which warms your muscles and increases your blood circulation.

Classes are 90 minutes and are quiet.  There are mirrors in the room so you can see yourself and concentrate on yourself during the class.  You will be stiff or sore after class so drink plenty of water!
