Lia Marie's Original Garlic Spread

Betsy and I were given the opportunity to try out Lia Marie's Original Garlic Spread.

While it's main purpose is to make garlic bread, you can use it to create many other delicious meal options.  Here are two things you can try out.

First off we used it to make grilled cheese sandwiches.

Just treat the garlic spread like butter, coating the bread and placing your favorite cheese between the slices.

I made Betsy's sandwich with slices of muenster.

I made mine with one slice of mozzarella and one slice of cheddar.

Using the garlic spread to make the grilled cheese gave the bread an extra boost of flavor and gave the sandwiches a crispy crunch with a hint of creaminess.

A second way to use the Lia Marie's Original Garlic Spread is to use it as a sauce when making vegetables, fresh or canned.

I had some mushrooms and canned carrots on hand, but you could also use potatoes or even asparagus if you had them.

Just prepare your veggies whichever way you like.  I prefer to fry them in a skillet with a little olive oil.

When the veggies are cooked, add a few spoonfuls of the garlic spread to the skillet.

As the spread melts, just mix everything together.

Your veggies will end up being very well seasoned and bathed in a creamy sauce.

They were very good, and I look forward to trying this method out with other veggies in the future.

Hopefully, this will inspire you to create your own tasty meals using Lia Marie's Original Garlic Spread.

Lia Marie's Five Cheese Garlic Spread

Betsy and I were given the opportunity to try out Lia Marie's Five Cheese Garlic Spread.

While it's main purpose is to make garlic bread, you can use it to create many other delicious meal options.  Here are two things you can try out.

You can use it as a sauce to make your favorite pasta creamy and flavorful.  I picked up some meat tortellini.

Just prepare your pasta of choice according to the package of directions.

After your pasta is ready, put some spoonfuls of the Lia Marie's Five Cheese Garlic Spread in a skillet.

Heat it over a medium low temperature until the spread turns into a sauce.

Then add your pasta to the skillet and mix it all together.

The spread creates a nice cheesy and creamy sauce that went very well with the tortellini.  I really enjoyed it.

A second option is to use the Lia Marie's Five Cheese Garlic Spread to turn ordinary mashed potatoes into extraordinary mashed potatoes.

Just prepare your mashed potatoes however you normally would, I just used some instant ones this time.

Then add a few spoonfuls of the garlic spread.

Then mix them together.  The spread incorporates nicely, just like butter would, giving the potatoes a nice garlic seasoning and a little cheesy flavor.

Hopefully this will give you some inspiration to come up with some other ideas to use Lia Marie's Five Cheese Garlic Spread to enhance some of your future meals.
